LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

ARRCO warrants that its manufactured products shall be free of all defects in the original materials that are brought to their attention within five years from the original date of purchase. Defects caused by abnormal use or abuse are not covered under this agreement. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by an act of nature. ARRCO has the option of repairing or replacing any or all parts of the products when determined necessary upon inspection by an approved ARRCO representative. Repairs under this agreement shall only be honored to the original purchaser.

ARRCO is responsible only for the repair or replacement of the product in question and not for any other damage or claims.

ORDERING POLICIES

Dock to Dock Delivery
ARRCO is not responsible for removing product from truck or inside delivery. These services are available for additional charges. Call ARRCO for details.

Destination Inspection
Merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before acceptance. When damage or shortage occurs it must be acknowledged on the signed delivery receipt and reported to ARRCO within 10 business days. Any claims made after 10 days will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Standard items can not be cancelled after they have been placed into production without written authorization. Restocking Fee may apply to any cancellations approved.
Special or custom items can not be cancelled.

Returns
Return shipments will not be accepted unless authorized by ARRCO. All authorized returns must be in its original packaging and all returns are subject to a restocking fee. Only standard stock merchandise may be considered for return. Special or custom items can not be returned. Only returns shipped within the previous 30 days will be considered.

Terms
Net 30 days to firms who have established satisfactory credit. We reserve the right to request full payment in advance or a deposit until terms can be established. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
